- Heating/Comfort Cooling using ceiling void fan coil units with low temperature hot water heating provided by gas fired condensing boilers and a ducted internal chiller unit for the chilled water cooling
- Raised access floor with underfloor busbar trunking distribution serving floor boxes with power data and telecoms outlets
- Atrium having underfloor heating with summer time temperatures controlled using low level intakes and motorised opening roof lights
- RBS provided Outline Design & Performance Specification, post contract site monitoring and Quality Control supervision
- Completed 2005
